Disabled PlugY features are disabled for a really good reason.
If you know a bit about the way PlugY handles its extra stash pages, you can minimize the casualties from temporarily disabling (as in 'only if you are in a hurry and forget to take care'). You can as easily (and accidentally) dupe stuff the same way, downside is that Murphy tells me I'll end up loosing good stuff and duping gems. You can easily loose stuff if you disable/reenable it regularly. There are no alternatives that are as unobstrusive gameplay and interface wise, the other programs tend to lean to the character/item editor side. PlugY's integration in the game is a really clever idea and 'mostly harmless'.
